Everyone knows that 50 Cent is obsessed with his muscles.
It's not a total bad thing, because the guy DOES have some killer muscles, but we can't remember the last time he wore a shirt that had sleeves. LOLz! If you've ever wanted to be like that, you needn't worry anymore. No, 50 has your back.
He has a fitness book called Formula 50 that will teach you exactly how he does it to keep and maintain that chiseled bod! Here's what he said:
"For me, it's being able to offer what I paid for with having nutritionists and personal trainers travel with me and keep me in shape at different points."
That's actually… really nice of him!
He knows that the average person can't afford the teaching he's had, so repurposes it in an affordable book! He's lookin' out for the people, y'know!
The book lays out a six-week workout and nutrition plan, but only lays out the guidelines. YOU have to do the work:
"It's a shift in lifestyle. If they don't actually make the adjustments to sustain it, if they just do it temporarily then they should expect to go back to the actual physical state they're when they start."
"I travel so much, I was in different territories, sometimes foreign countries you're not comfortable with their cuisine so you stick to what you know; fast food. It's just some of the things that I've picked up that are really effective and that I know are proven fact of being the actual right way of doing things."
We'll be the first to say it: we think this is a good idea.
With everything that life has thrown at 50, the one constant has always been how good of shape he's been in! Now we just need to sit down and listen to his wisdom!
