Nine-year-old Conner is an amazing older brother to seven-year-old Cayden. All he wanted to do was to play sports with his little brother. The problem was that Cayden has cerebral palsy.
It's true — Conner swims while pulling Cayden in a raft, bikes with his little brother towed behind him in a trailer, and pushes that trailer when they run. It's a brilliant show of physicality, and a brilliant show of how to be the best big brother in the world.
They've been doing this for the past 18 months, and it has brought Conner and Cayden closer than ever. Their amazing determination and spirit is why they've landed the official 2012 Sports Illustrated Kids SportsKids of the Year.
