Elizabeth Hurley is beautiful and has been totes gorgeous for a very long time now.
She's always lived a healthy lifestyle, following a strict diet and getting her workout on regularly.
As she ages, she realizes that being too gung-ho could actually be negatively affecting her appearance!
"I keep my eye on what I eat all the time, because now that we’re older we have to make a conscious decision if we want to stay relatively slim… But as you get older, it doesn’t actually look that attractive to be super skinny."
Being too skinny can be just as unhealthy as being overweight, so that's a wise choice.
Everyone looks better with a little meat on their bones!
Even though she may dial back the intensity of her diet and fitness regimen, she still plans on focusing on health in the new year, saying:
"My 2013 health kick starts. Yes! Long, fast walk with dogs and zero sugar or anything with white flour … And a bit less caffeine … And more vegetables."
Anybody can benefit from those kinds of diet changes!
