Jerry Sandusky Not Getting New Trial!
It seems like the whole Jerry Sandusky saga is just refusing to end.
Mainly because Jerry, the monster/child sex abuser, refuses to confess to his crimes.
We previously mentioned that he had asked for a new trial arguing that his lawyers didn't have enough time to build a proper defense.
The judge denied his request because Sandusky's own layers said that after a post-trial review of the case they found no new material that could've helped them in any way.
The judge also rejected any post-sentencing motions regarding jury instructions, hearsay testimony and much more.
Sandusky got shut down left and right!
He's still in prison, currently serving a 30-60 year sentence.
His lawyer is planning to appeal to a mid-level Superior Court within the next 30 days now.
This is ridiculous. Just admit your monstrous acts and start paying your debt to society!
