Jason Momoa's Fitness Tips For A Normal Guy!

If you've seen the remake of the movie Conan the Barbarian or ever watched Game of Thrones then you should know who Jason Momoa is.

He's a 33-year-old actor, model and total hunk!

The best part about him??

He's a normal guy! He'd rather eat burgers and drink beer than workout!

He said in an interview with Men's Health:

"You need to eat big and lift big. But I prefer to eat as much lean meat and green veg as possible and save the calories for Guinness. It keeps you sane. I love cigars and booze. I love carbs but denial is good training for the mind. After finishing a one-month cleanse, I had a giant bowl of pasta and I swear to Christ it was like I was on heroin."

Ha! We should've added HIGHlarious along with actor/model/hunk.

He's also a total family man, enjoying spending time with his wife and two kids.

Jason even prefers his physical activity to come from doing things at home, saying:

"I'm not a big fan of just doing weights. Anything more physical is infinitely better. Whether that’s working on my house or hitting at the holes in my driveway with a pick."

He's a family man, a man's man and we'd like him to be our man. LOLz!
