The world's most favorite fitness guru, Richard Simmons, has just released a song!
That's right: A SONG!
We knew he was a teacher, best selling author, creator of iconic weight loss, Emmy winner, and all around amazing person, but we had no idea he could do music!!
Richard has written and performed some of the songs featured in his new DVD exercise program, PROJECT H.O.P.E. — and we have one of them for your listening enjoyment!!!!!
The 3 DVD program features nine workouts created Richard… and contains original songs performed by Richard, with lyrics by Richard! Some of the songs includeLet It Slide, There's Always Tomorrow, I Pray, Aerobique, I Wanna Sweat With You, and Dancing On The Rainbow — in addition to 15 other songs!!
That's not even the start of it, though: he has written over 20 more songs that are not featured in the exercise programs, but will be self released by his label, Hummingbird Records.
Here's what Richard said about his new track:
"I titled the song "Piece of My Heart" because that is exactly what it is. All of us should give a piece of our heart to the men and women
that serve and protect the United States. Many families have made the ultimate sacrifice. We should think of them everyday and pray for the safe return to their families."
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a fund benefiting the US ARMED FORCES…
Richard couldn't be a bad guy even if he tried!! LOLz!
But regardless of the speculation, it is clear the late athlete did have a very close relationship with the 22-year-old, who he spent the past four years with behind bars at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, Massachusetts.
Kennedy, who is no longer on suicide watch and is reported to be the last person to see Hernandez before he hung himself in his cell, reacted to the death of his pal in a statement to RadarOnline.com, saying:
