Health magazine has a FAB March 2013 issue hitting newsstands today, and you bet your fine asses that Jillian Michaels is on the cover!!

Not only does she talk about how badass she is on Biggest Loser, but she also lists what she thinks are the best bodies in Hollywood! Plus, she has some strategies on staying fit!!

According to Jillian, here are some of the best Hollywood bods:

1. J.Lo - “She looks crazy [good].”

2. Rihanna - “Musicians can be thick, in a great way. Thick and curvy and sexy.”

3. Beyoncé - “That’s a sexy body. And healthy, she can dance for three hours and sing the whole time!”

4. Pink - “I gotta say Pink, because I helped her.”

LOLz!! The honesty about Pink is hilarious — even though she's totally right about her body!!

Here are some of the things she talks about:

On being tough on this season’s The Biggest Loser contestants:

“If I’m taking time away from my company and kids, you had better show the f— up and mean business. I would say I’m worse than ever!”

On beating temptation:

“I’m the one at the restaurant who pours salt all over food when I’m done, otherwise I’ll keep picking on it. At home, you can’t put it in the trash, you’ll fish it out. Put it in the garbage disposal and turn it on! Willpower is a fleeting moment.”

On being envious of Partner Heidi Rhoades’ metabolism:

“Heidi cannot gain weight. Every day [she] comes home with a new flavor of Ben & Jerry’s—I want to kill her!”

On eating dark chocolate:

“It’s got antioxidants. I can get away with calling it a health food, in moderation, because, honestly, I’d rather be dead than live without sweets.”

On finding the motivation to stay healthy:

“Broccoli and chicken is not fun, but skinny jeans are fun. So if you want to get slim—and stay that way—you need to first ask yourself: What is my why? What am I fighting for? Is it worth it?”

On her No. 1 calorie-burning trick:

“Stand whenever you can. Standing burns 1.5 times more calories than sitting. Stand when you’re at the doctor’s office, when you watch TV, even when you work at your computer—I put mine on the kitchen counter. Just stand.”

Standing is FAB advice!!!

This is why you see so many standing desks in offices popping up! It's a great fad that we hope lasts, because there's some merit to it!!
