Kate Upton's Trainer Shares Deets On How She Got In Shape For The Sports Illustrated 2013 Swimsuit Issue!

Kate Upton's Sports Illustrated Antarctica cover is just straight out sizzling, but just when we thought that the model's seksi bod is natural, she put in A LOT of work to make her body look the way it did for the cover!!

Miz Upton's trainer, David Kirsch shared the details behind Kate's rigorous training that led up to her AH-MAYZING front, and boy was girlfriend doing WERK!!

Kirsch revealed:

“[She did] boot camp circuit training mixed in with cardio. Running, rowing and the elliptical. Legs, inner thighs, hips, butt, abs and arms. Anything that shows when you’re wearing a bathing suit. Which is … everything!"

But not only did she work her beautiful bum off, she also "followed [the] ABC’s — no alcohol, bread or processed carbs – and no sugar — 24/7 with no cheat days," and did a seven-day cleanse for two weeks out of every month.

And when she wasn't cleansing, the model would drink protein shakes and anything green to keep her energy up.

DAYUM! We don't know how in the world Kate was able to keep up with such a strict diet and workout, but she's definitely a beast for that!!

It's just sad that she ended up with frostbite after all her hard work. LOLz

    i think she looks terrible. i dont know if she gained bunch of weight or its the photographer and editor, but she looks terrible in comparison to last years photos
