Oscar Pistorius On Suicide Watch In Jail While Evidence Continues To Mount Against Him In Girlfriend's Murder!

Sadly, it appears that despite his tears in the courtroom and assertion that he thought she was an intruder, Oscar Pistorius is facing mountains of evidence that he did, indeed, murder his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp early Thursday morning.

And some of that evidence has revealed that the paralympian did not only use a gun, but also a cricket bat!

According to new reports, authorities discovered the weapon covered in blood at the scene of the crime, and although there is still speculation that the 30-year-old model used it in self-defense against Pistorius, or that he perhaps used it in an effort to break down the bathroom door - where her body was ultimately found - sources close to the investigation have revealed that Steenkamp's body did not only have gunshot wounds, but her skull was also crushed.

The insider says:

"There was lots of blood on the bat. Forensic tests will show whose blood it was."

More damning evidence, however, comes from the double-amputee's friend, Justin Divaris, who has revealed to the press that Pistorius called him immediately after the tragedy - before calling emergency services - and ADMITTED his guilt:

“It’s all very sad. Oscar called me at 3.55 am saying that Reeva had been shot. I said to him, ‘What are you talking about? I don’t understand you?’ He then repeated himself. ‘There has been a terrible accident, I shot Reeva. I’ve killed my baba! God take me away!’ Next thing his neighbour picked up the phone and told me it was true and told me to get to Oscar’s home. I was in total shock. I asked the neighbour, ‘Is she OK?’ Did the gun go off by accident?’ She replied, ‘No. She’s not OK. You need to get here’. By the time we got there it was already a crime scene and we weren’t allowed in the house. [Pistorius] was totally incoherent. He must have been sobbing there for a whole hour.”

Just awful.

This kind of account makes it pretty difficult to deny his responsibility, even if it's clear that he immediately realized the gravity of his actions after he committed such an unspeakable crime.

And according to reports from the Brooklyn Police Station, where he's being held to accommodate his needs, authorities have placed him on suicide watch while he awaits his return to the courtroom this week:

"He is absolutely devastated and struggling to deal with his emotions. He's been given a cell to himself at the police station but there are criminals in cells around him and he doesn't belong there. There are police concerns over his mental state."

Sadly, we think that he's going to have a lot more time on his hands very soon, and we sincerely hope that uses it think about his decisions and behaviors that have resulted in this tragedy, and how the consequences will leave what's left of his life in absolute shambles.

Our thoughts go out to all of Reeva's friends, family, and loved ones during this impossibly difficult time.

May she R.I.P.

You think taking steroids will make you shoot your wife 4 times in the head?

Re: rosebud99 – I thought the same. Like he must has been under something while arguing with her to just go and get his gun and shot her. He claims it was cause he thought it was an intruder and thats why he shot through the door, but pretty sure the girl saw him with the gun and tried to take cover.
This guy is deep fried in the pan.

I don't buy this "it was self-defense" scenario that they're trying to play off. Does anyone believe it? Doesn't seem that way to me, I know I don't believe it.

  5. 5

The local media there also reported neighbours had called the police hours earlier because they heard very loud arguing; the police were there earlier. A few hours later they go back and she's dead. The guy is a creep with no defense.

He claims he kept all of his guns stashed around his house because his biggest fear was being caught in bed without his legs.
She came into the house at 3:00 a.m.? He shot her through the bathroom door 4 times. From the bed? He tried resusitating her and CARRIED HER DOWN STAIRS. He had his legs on all the time? Is that the "premeditated" clue?

Security cameras show she entered the home at 6pm and never left. She was wearing a nightie and had her overnight bag and ipod in the bedroom. Security was called there by neighbors 2 hours before the shooting because they were fighting. Plus, her skull was bashed in from the bat in addition to being shot 4 times through a bathroom door. Hard for him to use intruder excuse.

Things have changed dramatically and drastically for Oscar Pistorius since the trial date has been rescheduled to August 19th, the date of what would have been Reeva Steenkamp’s 30th birthday. On the 22nd of July, he will enter a parlous and perilous numerological cycle, which will continue through to the 22nd of November, 2013. The trial date falls within that time frame, and this does not bode at all well for Oscar. If you would like to read my updated ebook, (which also includes my unique findings hidden within Reeva's paintings which eerily forecast not only the tragedy but the calendar date and geographical location of it as well) “Oscar Pistorius Reeva Steenkamp A Double Tragedy”, please either go to Lulu and type in my name, Pamela Lillian Valemont or follow this link: Also available in hard or soft cover. Thank you.
