We still can't believe that anything scares the SUPER-talented Adele!
The 21 songstress may intrigue the heck out of her fans while she's performing, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't get stage fright.
So in order to overcome her pesky anxiety, Robbie Williams' wife, Ayda Field advised that she learn belly breathing to help her ease herself and gear her up for her Skyfall performance at the Oscars next week.
A source said:
”Adele has suffered with terrible stage fright since she was 16, but now it's worse than ever. She knows all eyes are on her after almost a year out of the spotlight, so she needed something to help her with it. Ayda was the first person to tell Adele about belly breathing, and how it had helped Robbie overcome his performing anxiety in recent years. It's done wonders for Adele since she started getting daily sessions from a leading Indian practitioner. She's being taught to breathe with her diaphragm instead of her chest, which is making an enormous difference. Adele has said it feels like she's in a whole new phase of her life where performing's concerned, and is confident she can beat her stage fright once and for all.”
We're more than sure the singer is gonna kill her performance because not only is s he gonna be prepared, but since she can already sing her butt off, nothing should be an issue.
We can't wait to see Adele do her thing!!
