Don't Train Until Failure!!

When lifting weights, training to failure isn’t necessary. Not only does it cause you to experience a mental burnout, your nervous system will be taxed for days after causing you to feel less inclined to hit the gym. Instead, stop 1-2 repetitions short of your maximum repetitions or when you think you can’t perform any more.
