Despite having had two kids, Kourtney Kardashian has found the time to get back into shape after both of them!
When it comes down to it, she owes it all to hard work — and a time budget!
So, what kind of time constraints did it take to take on the 45 pounds she gained during her pregnancy with Penelope??
Here's what she said:
"[With Mason] I was comparing myself to other people and putting all this pressure on myself. I was working out and not eating enough. I definitely pushed myself too hard. This time, the focus is early on being a mom and being present, knowing my priorities! The trainer comes over at 7 in the morning when my kids are still asleep so I don't have any mom guilt."
You have a seven month old still asleep at 7 am?? COUNT YOURSELF LUCKY!!
"Sometimes I think, Why should I work out when I can spend time with my kids? I feel guilty doing something for me. So working out at home is really nice. And when I don't do that, I go for a jog or do morning yoga. Sometimes when I'm playing on the floor with Penelope, I'll do a few sit-ups."
We find it really endearing that you've got mom guilt from taking time to work out — but you need to realize that being healthy is for them just as much as it is for you!
They'll need a healthy and active mom to keep up with them, and to live a long life!
