oscar pistorius is being charged with premeditated murder

Hot DAMN!

Oscar Pistorius has been trying to defend the heck out of himself in court claiming that the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp was an accident, but judge Desmond Nair thinks thats total BS, and is now charging him with premeditated murder.

On Tuesday, Pistorius cried in court after saying:

"I fail to understand how I could be charged with murder as I had no intention to kill my girlfriend."

But evidence is finding that Oscar attached his prosthetic legs and then managed to shoot Reeva FOUR times through a locked bathroom door.

The paralympian is claiming that he heard noises in the bathroom on the morning that he killed Steenkamp and a "sense of terror overwhelmed [him]," which led him to open fire because his girlfriend wasn't in bed with him.

However, even with his more than guilty statements, Oscar's lawyer, Barry Roux said:

"This is not murder."

We don't know how something so horrific like intentionally shooting someone through a bathroom door is NOT murder, but hey, a lawyer has do what a lawyer has to do!

The prosecutors are currently going over the affidavits to determine how to handle Pistorius' case. The next hearing is set for tomorrow.

One of the many things I hate about social media is that it is almost impossible for people to truly get a fair trial. The news and blogs like this are constantly making judgements of guilt (or innocence) without knowing all the facts. Whether something is murder or not has nothing to do with someone dying but rather what the intent was. If it is true that he killed his girlfriend thinking she was an intruder than the intent was missing. In that circumstance he did not intend to kill his girlfriend and he would likely be found guilty of manslaughter (it may be called something different in S.A.) While it may not be the case in other countries we should remember that in the U.S. people are presumed innocent until proven guilty and that someone can only be found guilty if there is no reasonable doubt. Perez, unlike a lot of people that follow your site, I think you are an intelligent guy, but you are not an attorney and so should not be sharing your opinion about someones guilt or innocence. Doing so frankly is negligent.

To be BETTER informed and perhaps BEFORE you make your own judgement, read OP's official affidavit here:
