That's just sad!
Oscar Pistorius appeared in court today for his bail hearing, and while more shocking details were found in the terrible murder of Reeva Steenkamp, the spokesman for South Africa's National Prosecution Agency, Medupe Simasiku revealed that there had been an error in the evidence that Detective Warrant Officer, Hilton Botha brought to the table.
Botha had identified the drug that was found in Pistorius' bedroom as testosterone, but Simasiku is stating that it's far toooo early to determine what the substance is because it's still undergoing laboratory tests.
In addition to the blunder on the substance, laughter was heard in the courtroom when Pistorius' lead defense lawyer, Barry Roux announced that the witness who overheard the screaming was not 600 meters away from Oscar's house, and instead was only 300 meters away.
And then when magistrate Desmond Nair asked the officer if Oscar was granted bail would he flee South Africa, everyone snickered.
Oscar is currently facing 15 years to life for the premeditated murder of Reeva, and we honestly don't think he's ever gonna get bail — especially after his unfortunate day in court.
