Hasta luego, Hilton Botha!

Oscar Pistorius has been weeping in court for the last week because he allegedly murdered his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, and now, he's gonna have A LOT more to cry about.

The lead investigator in his case not only contaminated the crime scene, where the paralympian shot Reeva, but now he's being charged with seven counts of murder for an issue that went down back in 2009 — which has unforunately led him to be DROPPED from Oscar's case.

When it was announced in court that Botha will no longer be part of the trial, Pistorius' chief prosecutor, Gerrie Nel said:

"There goes my case."

But it makes sense that Hilton got booted. Like seriously, can anyone really trust a man that shot at seven people while drunk?!?

The NPA spokesman, Bulelwa Makeke doesn't think so, he said:

"If we have an investigating officer that's facing such serious charges, it cannot happen that he continues with this case."

We're not sure what's gonna happen next, but whatever goes down, it's definitely gonna be wacky!!

Good luck, Oscar.
