Ewwww, no sorry she can't blame being pregnant for being fat! She's what like 4 months, the baby is so tiny so no it's not baby weight, it's fat Kim weight! I had 3 sons & even at 7 months barely looked pregnant. I hope after baby she stays that way so she can disappear, but sadly I'm sure she'll market a "Get Fit After Baby" scam just to cash in somehow on the experience!
