Oscar Pistorius' Brother Is Being Charged With MURDER!
Here we go again.
Oscar Pistorius just got freed on a $112,000 bail for the alleged murder of Reeva Steenkamp, and just when his legal woes ended… his brother Carl is beginning his, as he's being charged with homicide.
WTF?!?
Carl is facing up to 15 years in the big house for allegedly killing a woman who was on a motorcycle during a craaazy collision.
There are conflicting reports as to whether the unfortunate event took place in 2008 or 2010, and while the occurrence definitely happened, Pistorius said he "deeply regrets the accident," and his lawyer is stating that he's blameless.
Carl's attorney noted:
"There is no doubt that [he] is innocent and the charge will be challenged in court."
Oscar's older bro was supposed to begin his trial last Thursday, but it was delayed until next month.
Do you think the court will free Carl too?!?

Firstly Emma - their mom is dead. She died when he was 15. Secondly Perez, Carl is not charged with murder, but culpable homicide (manslaughter).
