She has an endomorphic body type, like Beyonce, Shakira and J-Lo. Her gymnastically challenging concert performance routine has maxed and defined her strong and athletic build. Six months of no routine and more cardio would narrow and smooth it all out; but then she couldn't do what she's doing in the routine right now.
