Jennie Garth has three kids AND a wicked amazeballz body!
Believe it or not, though, having kids isn't great for keeping in shape, so Jennie had to lose 30 pounds to get back to where she wanted to be. Honestly, she still would've been GORGEOUS had she not wanted to drop the weight, but whatever makes her happy and healthy!
Here are her secrets:
"Maintenance is definitely challenging. It's something you have to do daily. You have to remind yourself what your priorities are and remind yourself about staying healthy and living a healthy life."

The best part is that she isn't depriving herself of everything, allowing for a treat every once in a while. Moderation is key! Also, she works out every day:
"Every day, I try to schedule something in, whether it's hiking with my dog or jogging or going to the gym. Those are the things I'm focused on right now."
