Ever tried taking a bath in Epsom Salt? Give it a try. It provides a host of health benefits including relieving muscle aches, cuts, congestion, relaxing the nervous and muscular system, soothing your skin, excreting toxins and decreasing inflammation. Put 2 cups in warm water and soak it up for at least 20 minutes!
