A few days ago, Valerie Harper announced that she was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and revealed that she only had three months to live, and even though these times are harder than ever, the Rhoda actress is still brave enough to talk about her condition.
The 73-year-old starlet is set to appear on The Doctors on March 11 to give out details on her health situation and how she plans on living her final days.
While Valerie was on set at the show's studio, she was joined by her Mary Tyler Moore Show co-stars, Cloris Leachman and Ed Asner and her hubby, Tony Cacciotti.
Miz Harper admitted to the doctors that she didn't know about her diagnosis initially because her husband hid the paperwork, she said:
"I didn't get it because my husband hid it. Poor baby, he was so bereft."
And because Valerie is living out her last days like any other normal human being would, The Doctors co-host, Travis Stork noted that he is "blown away by her resilience."
The actress' episode will be focused on her treatment, and her medical squad from El Lay's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Jeremy Rudnick and oncologist Dr. Ronald Natale will be there to share the 4-1-1.
