Chris Brown May Be Facing Drug Charges After He Smoked Weed On Stage During A Show In Ghana!

| Filed under: RihannaDrugsMusic MinuteWacky, Tacky & TrueChris Brown

Oh Breezy, you just don't know how to stay out of trouble, do you?!?

Chris Brown performed in Ghana last week, and even though we're dazzled by how much he got into his show, the Ghanaians are NOT feeling how he started smoking weed on-stage because he broke the country's public smoking laws.

Ever since the incident occurred, executive director of Perfector of Sentiments, Jonathan Osei-Owusu has taken a stand against the R&B singer and is stating that "he promoted an illegality" and should be prosecuted just like anyone else in Ghana would be.

The youth activist even created a petition so Brown can somehow face his criminal charges.

Jonathan said:

“He is on video to have encouraged the audience to take up arms against people who stand in their way to smoking weed. In our prisons, many are incarcerated for same.

The last two days, I have been with the police and an investigation has commenced. The police have moved swiftly and they are not leaving anything unturned.

The same way that America is fighting a drug menace, this is a call for them to see that one of their own has come to a country like Ghana–as much as we have struggled to maintain sanity and fight the drug menace– to break the law. The onus lies with the American government to team up with our security agency in Ghana to make sure Chris Brown faces the full rigors of the law.”

But before all this went down, Chris could care less about the laws in Ghana because he even got the crowd going by saying, “If anybody is tripping off ya’ll smoking weed, f*ck them. S*it, I got my blunt right here,” while a melody of weed-related tunes played in the background.

Breezy's behavior is certainly getting waaaaay out of control, and maybe he should pay for going against the law, but because he is who he is, we highly doubt he'll even care.

After all, his main squeeze Rihanna would've probably did the same thing! LOLz

Ch-ch-check out the clip (above) of Brown smoking away on some ganja!!

And for real hes the only one tripping cause in their newspapers, there clearly like ok because we have such a civil country! However, like i said, they know who he is as an artist and they know he tends to smoke weed, so if they hsve laws against it, they shoukd have told him and mist defitinely intervened when it was happening not waay after the fact!

Rolling Stones Keith Richards was imprisoned in his own country for cannabis. I could cite hundreds more celebs who went down for it or were banned from other countries. They're not 'on his nuts' as poster #1 states. He's actually on theirs, because he's not obeying the law in that country. It's disrespect for that country's laws. Whether or not those laws should exist or not for weed are another matter, but are for that country's people to change or not change.

Not defending anyone here, but unless there's proof it's marijuana then I don't even know why this article was written.

When I put my mouse over the screen why don't I see the message - "Get this look" like I did in the pic of him in a music video? Right after Perez was on the radio bashing him while talking too much and missing the point. Stevie Nicks this is part of the problem that you observe with women being put in their place and women's rights digressing. I am not sure if I want to continue coming to this site. Perez cannot take a position.
When money or media attention is dangled in his face he sells out.
