Just when we thought that Beyonce naturally had a drop dead gorgeous bod, she revealed that she has to put in some major WERK to be able to achieve her fitness goals.
And after she gave birth to Blue Ivy, snapping back into her usual tip top voluptuous figure was hard enough — especially because she gained 57 pounds during her pregnancy.
However, since Bey is the Queen, she scheduled a show three months after baby Blue was born, and even though she dropped the weight, she told Shape that she would NEVER do that again.
The Love on Top songstress revealed that she lost her weight by doing a lot of cardio and cutting back on foods like pasta and red meat.
Miz Shasa Fierce also kept a low-calorie diet by eating rice with quinoa, scrambled egg whites, vegetable smoothies, fish and lots of liquids.
And now that it's all said and done, Jay-Z's wifey has never looked better!! Guess working hard and dieting DOES pay off!!
