Rob Kardashian is on track and focused on reaching his weight loss goals — as he says he's been losing weight every week, between 5-7 pounds!
His main goal, of course, it to be healthy. For him, healthy means that he wants to lose 40 more pounds, as he currently weighs around 235!
Here's what he said about it:
"I lost 5 to 7 [pounds] last week. I'm trying to lose 40. It's a little journey, but it's good. . . I'm like 240 right now, probably 235."
Apparently he lost sight of his weight by eating a lot of "great food" and now has to stick to a low-carb diet and fitness plan:
"We go to do Runyon Canyon in L.A., I'll [exercise with] my own trainer at eight in the morning before all that."
Any positive action at all is a fab way to start — and we hope you can keep it up!
