It's only been a few weeks since Holly Madison gave birth to her baby girl, Rainbow, but that is NOT stopping her from losing her baby weight.
While the Girls Next Door starlet isn't stressing herself about working out right now, she is eating extremely healthy and has future plans to lose the 40 pounds she gained during her pregnancy.
In an interview with In Touch, Miz Madison revealed:
"Right now, I’m just concentrating on healing and eating healthy. I had my placenta turned into pills. My baby nurse said it would help me recover faster and get back on my feet. We’re putting a gym in our house, so I’ll be doing yoga, Pilates and cardio."
And once the gym settles into her home, Holly is going to waste no time on getting her fitness on because she has to snap her bod back into shape in order to perform at her Sin City act, Peep Show.
The new mommy also shared that she's gonna eat nothing but vegetable stews and coconut-yogurt, and drink green smoothies and teas.
We hope Holly doesn't starve herself because her diet is extremely on the low calorie side, which may not be ideal, but hey, if she knows what she's doing, then it's completely ok with us!!
