Jennifer Hudson lost 80 pounds on weight watchers, and it took WORK!

Just because she met her goal, though, doesn't mean she's abandoning the program. In fact, she's going to continue on her journey!

It isn't all about diet for Jennifer, though! One of her tricks to staying healthy is to keep moving — like walking everywhere, and taking the stairs, and shopping… all the good stuff you don't need a car for anyway! Plus, she DOES indulge once in a while, as depriving yourself is the best way for a craving to eventually win!

Her indulgence? Chocolate chip cookies!!

It's a lifestyle change, and it's helped her in other areas of her life! So fab!

    awesome and so happy for her. hope she continues b/c obesity is not something you can just eat right and exercise and you're done. maintaining and keeping the weight off is another journey in itself. you're never done.

    I was concerned about my weight after delivery as I gained 70 pounds during pregnancy. Now my weight is normal and I'm satisfied with my body owing to the program I found here . It really works. I tried it by myself and reached long-term results.
