Ashley Tisdale may have a banging bod, but don't let her diet fool you!
According to the Sons of Anarchy star, even though she works out a lot, she's still loves carbs, and she doesn't plan on giving 'em up anytime soon.
"I always feel like I could look better. I'm, like, the worst. I just love carbs. And when I'm on vacation I definitely allow myself carbs, so it's always funny when people are like, ‘Oh my gosh, you look great in your bikini.' I'm like, ‘If you only knew what I had for breakfast!'"
Ashley admitted that she adores pancakes, but because we all know how full of carbs and calories one flap jack can be, the starlet said she loves "gluten-free or whole-wheat pancakes," and also revealed that "breakfast is [her] favorite meal."
But once she's done scarfing down her preferred foods, the actress gets to work, and here's how she does it:
"I work out with [trainer] Harley Pasternak and he's pretty amazing. He's changed my diet and even my workouts. For years I was just like running and doing crazy stuff. And I was told circuit training is, like, you've got to keep up with your heart rate and all this stuff. He was like, ‘It's funny, because it makes you more hungry,' which is so true. He wants you to work out, but not like overeat because you're like straining yourself and stuff. I just do more like lightweight training. It's a lot easier."
Welp, everything that Tisdale is doing is definitely working because we never in a million years would've thought that she ate anything that could add pounds to her bod.
But now we finally know the TRUTH!
