Even though Kendra Wilkinson didn't NEED to lose 10 pounds, she still did it, and here's how…
Since the former Playboy model is no longer starring in the ABC show, Splash, she felt that taking some time out of her not so busy day to lose weight would be cool, but instead of working out like crazy, she incorporated a dietary supplement into her meal plan.
Miz Wilkinson just lost 10 pounds in 10 days, and while her body is already gorgeous, she admitted:
“Right now, I have to really know the difference between what I need and what I want. I need fuel right before I go swimming.”
And considering that Kendra loves sweets, she revealed that she closes the kitchen once dinner is over, which is great to hear — especially because she's currently on a high-fiber diet.
The supplement that Kendra is using helps her reduce fat in her abs, hips and thighs, and from the looks of her cut physique, we can see that it's working!!
