There are two kinds of people in this world: those who would take advice from Goldie Hawn, and those who would take advice from Deepak Chopra. That's why the two teamed up to get you to de-stress your life, because both camps cover the ENTIRE WORLD! LOLz!
Okay, okay, there aren't just two types of people in the world — but everyone could use a little de-stressing!
Goldie was on Katie Couric's show (above), and talked a little bit about dealing with stress, saying things like:
“Our greatest defense against stress is actually the ability to change our mind.”
That's way more profound than we expected! For Deepak, though, it's more about meditation than anything else. He said:
“If you do it, you will really manage your stress very well.”
He then taught the audience some of the basics of meditation (below)! So wonderful!
We say any technique that works for you should be what you use. Don't worry about doing everything everyone tells you when it comes to stress, pick one thing that works! It doesn't matter what it is!
As long as you're de-stressing, that's what matters!
Dancing With The Stars took out their shades for some beachy fun during week six's performances! The night was full of summery sets and impressive moves, and the first team dances brought some extra stress to the contestants too!
The team dances presented a chance for last place teams to redeem themselves in a bonus round. Most of the couples made waves with stellar performances, but one couple still had to go home.
