Gwyneth Paltrow Shares Health & Fitness Tips!

Gwyneth Paltrow may be gung ho about her low-carb gluten-free diet, but she wants to thank Tracy Anderson for showing her that fitness shortcuts DON'T exist.

The It's All Good cookbook author attended the opening of the celebrity trainer's Brentwood workout studio, and while she was there, she dished health and fitness tips that she received from Miz Anderson.

Paltrow revealed:

"The best thing [Tracy] has ever taught me is that there are no shortcuts, which sucks. I used to think, ‘Oh, you know, I'll just like diet or do a juice fast or I'll skip and go for a run,' and no, it's consistency and discipline and she embodies that."

And on top of that, Gwyneth shared that Tracy's method is "genius," and she's able to "give people the body that they want," which is just not a fad, but the REAL DEAL.

By just looking at The Avengers actress' bod, we can tell that the trainer doesn't play, because if she did, then Gwyneth would not look as good as she does!!
