We have to admit, we're very jealous of Keri Russell's perfectly shaped abs!!
The Americans star is covering the May issue of Women's Health, and while we can obviously see why the mag put her in bra tops, we're amazed by how chiseled Miz Russell is — especially after having two kids!!
And just when we thought that Keri busted her butt to look the way she does, she revealed:
"[I have] this really nerdy workout I do in my walk-through closet in our brownstone. I do a workout video and use my own music –whatever is inspiring to me at that time, like Alabama Shakes, The Cure, or Mumford and Sons."
But once we found out her workout routine… what really took us over the edge is when the 37-year-old starlet admitted that she never "ate a green vegetable until [she] was 30."
Damn! How's that for being blessed with lucky genes?!?
However, as soon as we began to
hate love her even more, Keri said:
"My number one healthy tip? Everyone should dance more. Everyone should walk more. I mean that's one of the great things about living in Brooklyn and in New York. You get to eat a big rich fatty meal but then you can walk home."
On top of working out in her closet, Russell also walks off her meal, which is a great idea.
