So, you're fed up: you want a damn bikini body already!
That's all fine and dandy, but do you actually know how to get one? (If you said moderation and lots of fitness, you're technically right…) No! And that's okay!
We've got Jenny McCarthy's (is there a better bikini body out there?) three rules for the perfect hot bikini body! Are you ready?? Here they are:
1. Watch Those Snacks…and When You Eat:
"Throughout the summer or leading up to it, snack on fruit—don't snack on chips. It's a natural diuretic and it fills you up. Don't east past 7 o'clock."
2. Dial Down the Boozy Benders:
"Limit your drinking to weekends only. You really wanna cut back on what you put in your mouth."
3. Swap Sun for Spray:
"I'm nervous with getting too much sun and getting cancer, so they make organic spray tans right now. And so I spray-tan myself, and it's deceiving. It airbrushes you, and you're looking leaner."
This is all great advice, especially the snacking and boozing parts! The eating after 7pm thing is a myth, though, so you don't really NEED to adhere to that. As long as you're being active, a late dinner or a late bowl of fruit won't hurt!
Otherwise this is SUCH good advice!
