Doesn’t she look FANTASTIC?!
The Fashion Policer recently had to deal with the scare from her seizure, and she talked about how that changed her, stating:
“It came as a complete surprise to me and to my doctors. After five days in the hospital and getting tests, they still didn't know the reason beyond ‘sometimes these things happen.’ I never want to take my good health for granted. The seizure was 60 seconds, but those 60 seconds will change my life for the better forever. I've worked hard to get into shape, and I'm going to continue. Not because being ‘skinny’ is important to me, but because I want to feel good.”
Miz O also shared some of her tips and tricks for staying in shape with her busy schedule, like doing "a solid half hour of cardio daily, usually intervals on the treadmill, and whatever else I feel like that day—weights, yoga or pilates."
And you’d never guess what her most fun workout includes.
A HULA HOOP! Ha! Or the Hoopnotica to be exact.
She said she uses it every day and even Adam Lambert comes over to hoop it up!
Kelly also uses Nike+ FuelBand with her friends to compete to stay in shape, and they have plank-offs. She once held a plank for 7 1/2 minutes!
She makes working out sound so fun that we’re thinking about hitting the gym right now.
