Trisha Yearwood Introduces Her New Body!

Trisha Yearwood is looking GOOOOOOD!

The country star just dropped two dress sizes, and while she's gracing the world with her beautiful new figure, she's letting us all know how she achieved her fitness goals.

Miz Yearwood revealed:

"I don't think you can name one diet I haven't done. I'm that girl who buys every magazine where somebody's lost 30 lbs. I guess a part of me didn't want to hear that it's just really hard work!"

Trisha added:

"I designed my own plan that's low-fat, low-sugar 90 percent of the time."

The songstress not only eats healthy, but she also does Zumba to stay in tip top condition. She went from a size 14 to a 10, and now that her bod is slim, she says that she "feel(s) like [she] can do anything."
