Seriously, vaginas are f***ing rad!
Beyond being the portal to bring other human beings into this world, apparently they can lift a ton of weight. This one in particular can lift a 30 pound kettlebell! Daaaaamn!
We do have some questions though, like, how do you train for this? Kegels? Does something have to be inserted and then you grip it from the inside? We suppose that's the only thing that makes sense — we're not hearing about any piercings involved or anything!
Apparently anyone can learn to do this, if you have a vagina. Tatyana calls it 'intimate fitness' and she teaches classes on it (which we can only assume are somewhat awkward, though maybe not if you're looking to get into the sport in the first place)! She touts it as an:
“exclusive method for muscles strengthening and rising of the sensitivity of intimate sphere and also for prophylactic and recovery of women’s and men’s health.”
Well, we've heard enough for today!
Time to go home and just sit around and figure out what to do with all this new information (and that pic above)! LOLz!
