This is incredibly brave!

A few months ago we could've been considered part of the world that was concerned about Denise Richards' weight and how thin she's gotten — that is, until she told us personally that there was nothing to worry about!
And you know what? We believe her!
That hasn't stopped OTHERS from continuing to think something's wrong as new photos surface of her looking super thin still! Too bad for those believers that not only did Denise tell us that nothing's wrong, but other sources close to her blame it all on her ridiculously awesome metabolism… because girl eats alllll day long! LOLz!
“These pictures are very upsetting to Denise because she believes that some of the images have been manipulated to make her look much thinner than she really is. Denise leads a very healthy lifestyle, and she has always had a very fast metabolism. In fact, in high school, she tried to gain weight.”
Not wanting to put her kids through losing their mother at a young age like she did, she's VERY health-oriented! So when people are jumping to conclusions, they should probably think about what they're saying to her daughters as well:
“These stories take their toll on Denise because she doesn’t want her three daughters to get the wrong message about their mom. Denise lost her mom when she was only in her 50′s and just cooks very healthy meals for herself and kids. She eats constantly on set all day, and her favorite go-to snack is pretzels and she loves fruit. When she’s working, her favorite meal on the set is grilled cheese and fries. Denise would never do anything to place her health in danger because she wants to be the best mom possible to her three girls."
We think Denise is a fab mother and totally agree with this!
If she's looking thinner than normal, we also gotta remember that being a mother of three is a hard-ass job with near constant running around! We don't know how she does it!
If something were wrong, we don't think she'd have the energy to keep up with the little ones (and their frozen yogurt demand! Ha!)!
