This is horrible!
Texas man Matthew Harper got yanked off a Southwest aircraft on Sunday because he weighs roughly 340 pounds, and considering that the company he works for uses SW to fly their employees from state to state… they failed to buy him two seats on the overbooked flight from Chicago to Denver, which resulted in him getting kicked off the plane.
However, before he got the boot, a flight attendant asked Matthew if he knew Southwest's overweight policy, to which Harper answered, "yes ma'am I do," and her reply was:
"I just want to explain what I can and can’t do. I can yank you off this plane right now.”
The 34-year-old man admitted that he "felt like a criminal" when he was pulled off of the plane, but luckily he was let back on after the flight was delayed 30 minutes.
After hearing about the woman who wasn't allowed to tan because she was too heavy, and now with Matthew getting kicked off a plane, we're beginning to think that discrimination against heavier people is getting wild.
Everyone has a right to everything, and dissing someone just because they have a little extra more weight is NOT right!
Ch-ch-check out the clip (above) for more deets!!
