Kim Kardashian Has FIVE Personal Trainers!

We're not sure if having more than one personal trainer is worth it, unless they're all experts in just one area of fitness! You know: one for pilates, one for yoga, one for lifting… etc!

The fact that Kim Kardashian has FIVE personal trainers doesn't shock us one bit! When has she ever shied away from excess?? LOLz!

In this case though, we're not shocked for a different reason. We're pretty sure the overreaction of having that many trainers is more due to how everyone has been treating her about her pregnancy weight. Honestly, it sucks how people have been talking about her! Girl is PREGNANT! She's growing a human being inside of her, and you're going to give her flak for her pregnancy weight?? Give us a break! As long as she's healthy and the baby's healthy, it's time to back off!!

Anyway, she's enlisted the likes of Tracy Anderson and Gunnar Peterson to help her, along with three others! Here's what Gunnar has to say:

”She's in [my studio] a couple of times a week. Sometimes it's six days.”

And here's what Tracy says:

”She will come in and work hard one week, and then have to take the next week off."

Which makes sense, because you don't want to be doing too much while pregnant — especially if you've had a scare! She needs to be enjoying this time, not worrying about the weight she's gaining! We just hope she isn't telling Tracy she's taking the next week off and going over to Gunnar's for more!

A friend said this is why she's stressing so much:

”Kim's panicking that the weight will just keep on stacking on and will never come off. She's always played up her sex appeal so she's terrified she won't be able to get her body back after the baby is born.”

Kim! FORGET ABOUT THAT STUFF!

Focus on your time with your little one — being pregnant is a crazy time in your life! Don't worry about anything but having a happy and healthy baby! For both your sakes!

    sure would have been nice had you defended many pregnant women before her that took an enormous trashing & still do. I'm not just talking current Perez. Over the years you have made fun of many a pregnant woman & the fact that you now want to defend KIM is comical. Amazing how people always scratch others backs when they think they may get something. That is so discouraging for all women.

    I can't stand the kardashians for many reasons, but she'd gain some respect from me if she just came out & said, my body doesn't do cute when i'm pregnant. Instead, she's acting like a vapid little twit more concerned w/ her looks than her baby. With all the surgeries & workouts that can be done now, she should just cool it until it's over.

    Kim needs to grow up. She has a child inside her. So what if she gains weight? How about worrying about the kid — will it be healthy, etc? No, she is worried about her weight after the pregnancy. She is constantly telling Khloe not to get pregnant - how hard it is. Really? She sounds like a spoiled rotten brat. I am so sick of her. Pathetic.

    It's really hard on her because she got knocked; she has no partner and no one to depend on. In fact, with her aging fat ass, she's trying to support her whole family including several drunks and various hanger-ons.

    Re: karen – well said! She should also cut her trainers down to 2 if she is so crazy and it could be hormones making her emotions worse…been there. Use the trainers after you have that baby. Enjoy your pregnancy and just remember that this is what you get for being famous for no reason…no respect…heck, they have done this to people who have actually been famous for a good reason. Maybe stay home and nest for awhile.

    We are shocked actually one trainer is more then enough. Too bad it still won't help her it will take her months to take the baby weight down.
    I thought that yesterday you posted that she can't afford a house, now all of the sudden she has 5 personal trainers which she pays for. You need to get your stories straight Perez.

    Kim should just worry about her weight after giving birth. Really now, she has all the money to hire trainers and a chef to cook low calorie meals for her. What the heck is she worried about?
