We're not sure if having more than one personal trainer is worth it, unless they're all experts in just one area of fitness! You know: one for pilates, one for yoga, one for lifting… etc!
The fact that Kim Kardashian has FIVE personal trainers doesn't shock us one bit! When has she ever shied away from excess?? LOLz!
In this case though, we're not shocked for a different reason. We're pretty sure the overreaction of having that many trainers is more due to how everyone has been treating her about her pregnancy weight. Honestly, it sucks how people have been talking about her! Girl is PREGNANT! She's growing a human being inside of her, and you're going to give her flak for her pregnancy weight?? Give us a break! As long as she's healthy and the baby's healthy, it's time to back off!!
Anyway, she's enlisted the likes of Tracy Anderson and Gunnar Peterson to help her, along with three others! Here's what Gunnar has to say:
”She's in [my studio] a couple of times a week. Sometimes it's six days.”
And here's what Tracy says:
”She will come in and work hard one week, and then have to take the next week off."
Which makes sense, because you don't want to be doing too much while pregnant — especially if you've had a scare! She needs to be enjoying this time, not worrying about the weight she's gaining! We just hope she isn't telling Tracy she's taking the next week off and going over to Gunnar's for more!
A friend said this is why she's stressing so much:
”Kim's panicking that the weight will just keep on stacking on and will never come off. She's always played up her sex appeal so she's terrified she won't be able to get her body back after the baby is born.”
Kim! FORGET ABOUT THAT STUFF!
Focus on your time with your little one — being pregnant is a crazy time in your life! Don't worry about anything but having a happy and healthy baby! For both your sakes!
