It looks like we're gonna have to start drinking dandelion tea!!

Jennifer Lawrence's physique is obviously amazing, but just like anyone else does, the 22-year-old actress has her very own way as to how she keeps fit.

Miz Lawrence's trainer, Dalton Wong revealed that the starlet drinks the tea, and said:

"It’s a brilliant diuretic that helps to prevent water retention and flush out toxins."

But not only does the hot drink flush out toxins, it also aids in digestion, cleanses your system, helps treat chronic hepatitis, helps reduce high cholesterol and helps with weight loss.

DAYUM!

See, we always knew herbal teas were good, and now that we know that we can keep slim with 'em, we're gonna keep a bunch of packets in our pantry! LOLz

i have tried it, and couldn't finish one cup of it. Tastes terrible. Rather stick to good ol' green tea

I haven't tried it, but one thing Ive recently started drinking is 'sassy water', lemon, cucumber and about 10 mint leaves steeped overnight in water, some say to add ginger, I rarely do. Tastes great (I think) is a great detox drink and Ive lost a few pounds without doing anything else! Only thing thats ever shown signs of working for me.

Dandelion tea is the most disgusting tea anyone will drink, drench it in lemon or lime and it'll drastically change the taste.
