Gwyneth Paltrow just released her new cookbook, It's All Good, last month, which is geared toward showing us how to live a healthy life, and considering that the 40-year-old starlet hasn't always eaten the healthiest stuff out there…
She's now sharing how the health scare she experienced last year inspired her to change her diet.
"I've had a lot of really heartbreaking, difficult things. But all of those things have strengthened my resolve to make the best of my life. Blood tests revealed several other issues. I felt really imbalanced, exhausted, stressed out. And I was told that the best way to heal most problems is to eat better."
Now that Gwyneth has never felt better, she wants to take on a new feat of hopefully becoming a talk show host.
