Following her return, the artist took a moment to thank everyone for their "prayers, love, and support" -- and especially the North Bergen Police Department for bringing her home safe.
Sharing a picture alongside the NYPD, Miz Quigley penned:
Dang, it really is rough out there!
Back in 2008, Plaxico Burress rear-ended a woman's car with his Mercedes, and was then ordered to pay her $159,000 after she sued him.
But considering that he dodged the six-figure payment, the DMV suspended his driver's license so he can learn his lesson, and a judge also ordered that his Virginia Beach home be sold in order to settle the debt he owed Alise Smith.
The Pittsburgh Steelers star's home was supposed to go up for auction late last month, but according to reports, Plaxico sold his mansion for around $480,000 before the auction even happened.
Now, not only did Burress pay off what he owed Alise, but after Smith's lawyer, James Dunn filed the court documents, the football player's license was reinstated.
We're happy to hear that Plax has his license back, which means that now that he doesn't have a house, he can live in his car!
Whatevs, at least his home is mobile. LOLz
