If you're wondering how Holly Madison got that rockin' body back in action, our answer would be "much faster than you'd expect."

LOLz! Girl dropped 30 POUNDS IN THREE WEEKS! How is that even possible??

Listen up and she'll tell you! Here's what she had to say:

“I’ll get dessert sometimes, but just have a couple of bites.”

Ha! That's just the beginning!

Her doctor said she couldn't exert herself too much, so a LOT of the process has been diet. It includes a lot of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. Plus, she does one of those super popular rich-person-someone-deliver-the-food-diets, specifically eDiets. They make chef-prepared meals ordered online and delivered to her home. The meals include controlled portion sizes — like ones with french toast with berry compote, grilled chicken and mashed potatoes, and whole wheat pasta with veggies.

She also gets to eat an extra 500 calories for breastfeeding, so she ups her intake with extra fruit, smoothies, salads!

See? That's not so bad!

Plus, we're willing to bet she's doing as much physical activity that she's allowed to do!

Keep up the hard work, Holly! It's paying off!

    There is no way in hell I believe she lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks. Don't get me wrong..she looks amazing…and obviously she lost her baby weight. But it would be hard to lose that much even so fast even if you ate practically NOTHING for 21 days. But even if she did, it is an incredibly unhealthy message to send to young girls that this was a good and attainable thing to do.

    That's BS. If she was 250 lbs to begin with then it's possible to lose 10 lbs week. Or maybe she is eating nothing but water and green juice.

    Well I actually "dropped 30 pounds" in one week. If you count your highest weight when pregnant and the weight you were when you got home from the hospital, this is totally possible. This must be how the celebrities count it, because there's no way any of them actually gain 30 pounds in addition to the weight of the baby, amniotic fluid, water retention etc. For me, dropping 30 pounds required me to give birth and then relax in the hospital for a week. No diets or exercising needed…

    There is only one way to lose weight, cut calories. The exercise for weight loss myth only got started a couple of decades ago. People who work out and cut calories are losing weight from cutting calories not from working out. You can hit the tread mill for an hour and have one latte to negate all the benefits. So "her doctor said she couldn't exert herself too much" made me chuckle. We are all so indoctrinated with the work-out mentality! Excercise is for fitness, calorie cutting is for weight loss. Got it?
