Her doctor said she couldn't exert herself too much, so a LOT of the process has been diet. It includes a lot of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. Plus, she does one of those super popular rich-person-someone-deliver-the-food-diets, specifically eDiets. They make chef-prepared meals ordered online and delivered to her home. The meals include controlled portion sizes — like ones with french toast with berry compote, grilled chicken and mashed potatoes, and whole wheat pasta with veggies.
She also gets to eat an extra 500 calories for breastfeeding, so she ups her intake with extra fruit, smoothies, salads!
See? That's not so bad!
Plus, we're willing to bet she's doing as much physical activity that she's allowed to do!
