Most of the time you hear about people obsessing over hip-hop dancing or Zumba, so you don't really hear about people taking other kinds of dancing to stay in shape — but ballet has to be amazing for you! All that balance and core strength has to be so good for your body!
Ginnifer may or may not be using it purely as a fitness outlet, but it's helping her stay active regardless!
Now we just wanna see her give us a dance! LOLz!
