Britney Spears is one HAWT mama!
Of course, this isn't exactly news considering we've known this for YEARS! But between all of the craziness of recording her new music and being a mommy, we have to ask how does she do it??!
In a recent interview, Brit Brit revealed that one of her biggest secrets to staying in shape is lots and lots of yoga:
"I really love doing yoga. I have two separate trainers that come in and we play with it. I don’t like doing the same thing all the time, but my main ritual is yoga. I do a lot of yoga."
Sign us up if it's going to help us look like that! LOLz!
The seksi singer also says she tries her best to maintain a good diet, but like the rest of us she is human and has her guilty pleasure foods:
"I love white chocolate, and I love potato chips! I like the salty and sweet."
Trust us, we ALL know that sticking to a diet isn't easy! And having having kids around definitely doesn't help, as she goes on to say:
"The snacks are constantly piling up, and I constantly have to feed them. I'm like, 'Jesus I want fried chicken too!'"
There's nothing wrong with treating yourself to a little snack every now and then! And trust us Britney, it's DEFINITELY not showing!
Stick to whatever it is you're doing girl, because it's obviously working!
