GOSH, how many times has this happened to you: You're out hiking, just minding your business (you know, lookin' at some birds and stuff) and you just happen upon the remains of a man who went missing 26 years ago??
All the time right?? LOLz!
This is nuts! A hiker in Colorado found the remains for Ronald Vasey, who mysteriously disappeared in 1987 — in a partially buried station wagon! The police pinpointed the scene at John Brown Canyon Road, near the town of Gateway. They also found personal items including clothing and credit cards!
We're glad to hear that it doesn't look like foul play, but we're saddened to hear that officials are thinking he killed himself. Even the man's late wife thought that was the case back in the day, it's just too bad she passed in 2001 before she could get some closure!
That shizz cray! We hope the hiker who found the remains doesn't have too many nightmares!
