Shay Mitchell has one hell of a toned body — and Self magazine knows it!
We mean, why else would they put her in a skimpy outfit (helllloooo bikini bottoms!) on the cover?? Girl's got her fitness RIGHT!
The Pretty Little Liars star doesn't like to avoid food, though, because one of her favorite things to do is to experiment with foods. Here's what she told the magazine:
“I live thinking, If today’s my last day, what’s gonna make me happiest? And I do those things. I want to try different foods and enjoy myself, not starve myself to reach a number on the scale. My usuals: for breakfast, an egg-white omelet with spinach and mushrooms; for lunch, a salad with fish or chicken; and for dinner, veggie soup. Oh, and I love potato chips!”
Yum yum yum!
