We love that she's a curvy girl, too!
Honestly, we get our fill of (too) skinny people on TV and in movies, and we totally like to see some curves once in a while! The thing is, though, we wouldn't say that Jennifer Love Hewitt ISN'T skinny — and on the flip side sometimes you can't really blame a lack of curves on someone being at their healthiest! Everybody's body is different, and they could just built that way naturally!
It's a gray area, but we totally get what she means: she'd rather not have to be rail thin, because her life isn't happier that way. She's at her happiest where she is now!
Here's what she says:
"I'm an actress, I live in L.A., I work in Hollywood. But I've learned that if you're too skinny, they'll say something about it. If you're not skinny enough, they'll say something about it. I just try to feel good in my own skin as much as I can."
We LOVE this! What a great attitude!!
So how does she keep those curves while staying healthy? Running! (With a little yoga and pilates mixed in!) She's even on the cover of Women's Running magazine (above)! She continues:
"I do find that as a curvy girl, as I guess I've sort of been deemed, I don't think you want to run your curves off, because then you're just not yourself. But it definitely helps your butt, that's for sure. It helps with the badonk-a-donk!"
Can't get rid of the donk completely! Gotta have SOMETHING there, that's FOR SURE! LOLz!
Glad to hear that you're happy with who you are, girl! That's the most important thing in the world!
