YIKES!! Katherine Webb might want to reconsider her diet!
The former Miss Alabama/ Splash contestant recently revealed that she only eats about 1,120 calories a day to maintain her slim figure!
Now we're not nutritional experts, but that sounds pretty low to us! Haylie Pomroy, however, IS a nutritionist and says Katherine can easily add about 600 more calories to her diet, especially since she's so active.
"It's all about self-control. I cut out any type of bread product, and cake, cookies, bagels. When I eat a lot of sugar, I tend to bloat more."
She went on to say:
"I'm a believer in cardio. That tends to trim fat faster than anything for me. And maybe I'll do free weights one day."
There's DEFINITELY nothing wrong with watching what you eat and exercising, but it's always important to find a balance!
Your body NEEDS more calories if you're active, and it could be dangerous to push your body too hard if you're low on fuel!
Hopefully Haylie's words reach Katherine and she reevaluates her diet and exercise routine!
Katherine has taken to Twitter to deny her low calorie intake, saying "No way I only eat 1100 cals a day! I love chocolate too much!" Well we're definitely glad to hear that! Besides, who can say no to chocolate?! LOLz!
