The man who America has had in the back of their minds all week is finally speaking up!
Based on what we've seen, we believe it!
The only way to survive a tour and a residency in Vegas is to be in the best shape of your life, and according to trainer Tony Martinez, Britney Spears has been punishing her body with incredible fitness (in a good way)!
"I like to incorporate sports like baseball or basketball into my workouts. The idea is work out smarter not harder."
They would workout 3-4 times a week for four months! He continued:
"I like to have fun and light humor and have you laughing the whole time. We will get your work done but I want you to have fun."
We think that's something that's missing from a lot of personal trainer's methods — sometimes, being cold and borderline mean doesn't get the motivation done!
He went on:
"She is a tremendous athlete. She likes to be very strong and aggressive in her workouts. I kept telling her to stop making it look too easy. It was like a competition with us! She always had a positive attitude. She did lose weight and she has a lot more muscle. She lost a lot of body fat."
Diet-wise, he had her eat five times a day, including a special chicken salad with balsamic dressing that she couldn't get enough of!
So fab! We can't wait to see that body in action!
It can't come soon enough!
